I'll take an order of Yoga with a side of Pilates, please!

Much needed. Much deserved. Much enjoyed. Yes, it's that time of the week...Friday...the day before my long run. Love my 10 Minute Solution DVDs!

I've got to do this more than just the day before a long run! Love the way it makes me feel physically, mentally, and emotionally. I feel a little less stressed and a little more grounded and centered. Just hoping I got a good enough stretch...been feeling quite tight & stiff lately. I don't know if all the training is starting to catch up to me. TIME IS WINDING DOWN! 2 weeks from Sunday & I'll be running my first half-marathon! And the tapering begins...11 miles tomorrow, 8 next Saturday.
